Set in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam, the building rises over gardens and a pool deck towards the Indian Ocean.
Every level is designed around the view — from the ground-floor dining room to the rooftop terrace. A beach-adjacent plot is planned alongside the main site to protect that sea view permanently, and to give guests an outdoor retreat garden, a wellness deck and a path to the beach.
